All orders are processed and fulfilled from our US fulfillment center. Please note that all orders require 2-5 business days for processing and preparation before shipping. This processing time ensures that your supplements are carefully packaged and prepared for safe delivery.

We offer two shipping options for customers within the United States:

Express Shipping

    • Free shipping on orders of $150.00 and above

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All products are shipped from the US fulfillment center; therefore, customers from other countries will have to pay customs and import fees.

For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees that may be levied by your country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and will be collected by the delivery carrier or customs office before delivery.

The amount of these fees varies by country and value of the order. We are not able to calculate these fees in advance. Please contact your local customs office for more information about potential costs before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package's progress through the link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our website.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to regulations regarding dietary supplements, there may be restrictions on shipping certain products to specific countries. We reserve the right to cancel orders to countries where our products cannot be legally imported.
